Sri Lankan Fish White Curry

Mild and aromatic white fish curry with coconut milk and delicate spices.

Serves: 6

  • Ingredients

    • 500g white fish fillets (boneless, skinless)
    • ½ tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp Gralgo Raw Curry Powder
    • 1 onion (sliced)
    • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
    • 8–10 curry leaves
    • 1½ cups thin coconut milk
    • ½ cup thick coconut milk
    • ¼ lemon juice
  • Instructions

    Rub fish with turmeric and ½ tsp salt. In a saucepan, add onion, garlic, curry leaves, Gralgo Raw Curry Powder, thin coconut milk, and remaining salt. Simmer until onion softens. Add fish, cook 10 mins, then add thick coconut milk. Simmer briefly, remove from heat and finish with lemon juice. Serve hot.
