Refund policy

At Edel Sein, we take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our tea and spice products. Because our products are food items, special conditions apply to returns and refunds. We recommend our customers to inspect  orders upon delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following condition within 7 days of delivery:

  • Incorrect items sent: If you received the wrong product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.

All returned items must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened  food items and partially used gift cards cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We do not post  any damaged products. Therefore, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Swiss Post directly for domestic (Switzerland) shipments here.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@edelsein.ch with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your return
  • (If applicable) a return shipping label

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
