Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders exceeding CHF 65, based on the order value after any discounts.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Switzerland

We ship with Swiss Post. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping to Europe

We ship to European countries upon request. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information is provided when available.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it directly to Swiss Post for shipments within Switzerland and notify us at info@edelsein.ch. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier or customs processes.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
